Baked "Fried" Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butter or margarine, melted
2 Tbsp. mustard
2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
6 chicken wings
1/2 c. corn flake crumbs
1/2 c. yellow cornmeal
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

In a medium bowl, combine melted butter or margarine, flour and mustard; mix until smooth.
In another medium bowl, combine cornflake crumbs, cornmeal and salt; mix well.
Dip each chicken wing in butter mixture, then roll in crumb mixture to coat.
Place chicken wings on a cookie sheet. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
