Paradise Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 egg
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ginger
dash of salt
1 c. evaporated milk
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 1/4 c. canned pumpkin
1 (9 to 10-inch) uncooked pie shell
Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Combine soft cream cheese, sugar and vanilla.
Add egg and mix well.
Spread on bottom of shell. Combine remaining ingredients.
Carefully pour over cheese mixture.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Serve whipped cream on top, if desired.
