Steak Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. round steak
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can water
    3 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1/2 c. uncooked rice
    1 1/2 c. chopped celery
    1 medium onion, chopped
Preparation
    Cut steak in very small pieces and brown.
    Mix with other ingredients and bake for 1 1/2 hours at 350\u00b0.
