Preparation Of Fresh Wall-Eye - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    milk
    Progresso Italian bread crumbs
    butter
    wall-eye, cleaned and sliced to desired thickness
Preparation
    Soak fresh wall-eye in bowl of milk for 1 to 2 hours.
    In skillet or pan melt butter.
    Remove wall-eye from milk and roll in Progresso bread crumbs.
    Cook until tender and brown to taste.
    If baking fish, bake at 375\u00b0 to 400\u00b0 for 15 to 25 minutes or to desired taste.
    Fish should be tender and flaky.
