Mocha Macaroons - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 egg whites
    1 tsp. freeze-dried instant coffee (dry)
    1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. cocoa
    2 c. flaked coconut
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 300\u00b0.
    Grease cookie sheet lightly.
    Beat egg whites, coffee, cream of tartar and salt in medium bowl on High speed until foamy.
    Beat in sugar, 1 tablespoon at a time, on high speed.
    Continue beating until stiff.
    Do not overbeat.
    Fold in cocoa and coconut.
