Funnel Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 egg
2/3 cup milk
3/4 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 1/3 cups flour
2 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. baking soda

Preparation

Sift flour, sugar, salt, soda and baking powder in bowl.
Add milk and egg; beat until smooth.
Place 1-inch of oil in frying pan and heat.
Pour though funnel to make lines in oil.
