Charlie'S Spicy Guacamole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large ripe avocados
    1 lemon
    pressed or baked garlic cloves
    1/2 c. white onion
    1 large ripe tomato
    1 small can green chopped chiles
    4 dollops sour cream
    milk
    salt
    cayenne
    Tabasco
Preparation
    Peel and mash avocados with the juice of a whole lemon.
    Mix in the pressed or baked garlic cloves, finely chopped white onion, diced tomato, green chopped chiles and the sour cream.
    Add milk as needed for consistency.
    Season to taste with cayenne, Tabasco and salt.
    Serve with unsalted tortilla chips.
