Ingredients

1 bag miniature peanut butter cups
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. sugar
1 egg
1/2 c. peanut butter
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/4 c. flour
3/4 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
Mix butter, sugars, egg, peanut butter and vanilla until creamy; add flour, baking soda and salt.
Chill until dough works nice into 1-inch balls.
Place in midget muffin tins.
Bake 8 to 10 minutes at 375\u00b0.
Remove from oven; push a peanut butter cup down into center.
Cool 15 to 20 minutes before removing from tins.
Makes 3 1/2 dozen.
