Mexican Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. self-rising cornmeal
    1/2 c. oil
    2 tsp. pimento, drained (optional)
    2 eggs
    2 to 4 jalapeno peppers
    3/4 c. self-rising flour
    1 large onion
    3/4 c. grated cheese
    1 (11 oz.) can Mexican corn
    1 tsp. sugar
Preparation
    Combine ingredients.
    Add buttermilk.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 25 minutes until brownness desired.
