Summer Vegetable Marinade(Appetizer) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. salad oil
    2/3 c. cider vinegar
    2 to 3 garlic cloves (or 2 tsp. garlic salt)
    1 1/2 tsp. salt (omit if garlic salt is used)
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. sugar
    cauliflower buds
    broccoli buds
    cherry tomatoes
    carrot sticks
    green beans
    ripe olives
    green olives
    small mushrooms
    artichoke hearts
Preparation
    Stir oil, vinegar, garlic, salt, pepper and sugar until well blended.
    Pour over bite-sized fresh vegetables.
    Marinate overnight in refrigerator.
    Other vegetables may be substituted, whatever sounds good to you.
