Apple Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 apples (3 different kinds)
    1 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. brown sugar or cinnamon
    pie shell
Preparation
    Pare and slice apples.
    Mix dry ingredients with apples.
    Fill 9-inch pie shell with mixture.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Lower oven to 350\u00b0 and bake 45 minutes.
