Dieter'S Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. broiled ground beef
    1 green pepper, diced
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1 can bean sprouts, drained (can use green beans in place of sprouts)
    2 c. tomato juice
    1 Tbsp. onion flakes
    2 tsp. chili powder
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients, except bean sprouts and simmer until green pepper is tender.
    Add sprouts and heat until warm.
    Serves 2.
