Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (1 lb.) cans pumpkin
    2 small cartons whipping cream
    2 1/4 c. sugar
    8 eggs
    2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
    dash of salt
Preparation
    Beat eggs with wire whisk.
    Add sugar, salt and pumpkin pie spice.
    Combine pumpkin and whipping cream and stir in the egg mixture.
    Pour in 2 deep shell pie crusts and bake at 425\u00b0 for 15 minutes, then reduce heat to 350\u00b0 until done.
