Curried Liver And Onions - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. calf's liver, sliced 1/2-inch thick
    4 slices bacon, cut in 1-inch pieces
    2 1/2 c. onions, sliced in rings
    3 Tbsp. salad oil
    1/4 c. flour
    1 to 1 1/2 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. vinegar
    chopped parsley (optional)
Preparation
    Tip:
    Liver will cut into strips easier if placed on waxed paper lined cookie sheet and put in freezer for 20 to 30 minutes.
