Day Ahead Scrambled Eggs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 doz. beaten eggs
    1/2 c. butter
    1/4 lb. grated Cheddar
    1/2 lb. sliced mushrooms
    1/2 lb. brown and drained sausage
    1/4 c. milk
    1 can mushroom soup
    1/4 c. water
Preparation
    Mix eggs and milk; soft scramble in butter.
    Layer 1/3 egg mixture, 1/3 cheese sauce and 1/3 sausage.
    Repeat twice.
    Cover and refrigerate overnight.
    Top with mushrooms; cover and bake at 275\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
    Serves 8.
