A Pot Of Turnip Greens - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ham hocks
4 c. water
1 tsp. salt
3 to 4 lb. washed greens
Preparation
-
Cook meat until it starts to get tender.
Add turnip greens. Add more water if needed.
Cook until greens are tender.
Corn meal dumplings and peeled Irish potatoes may be added about 30 minutes before greens are done.
