Barbecued Ham On Buns - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. shaved pressed ham
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 Tbsp. fat
1 tsp. paprika
1/8 tsp. pepper
5 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. dry mustard
4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. catsup
3 tsp. vinegar
tomato puree (about 1 c.)
8 hamburger buns
Preparation
-
Cook onion in fat until clear.
Add all other ingredients except meat.
Thin to right consistency with tomato puree; put small pieces of shaved pressed ham in sauce shortly before serving time.
Serves 8.
Good also over cooked noodles.
