Beer Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1 c. shortening (Crisco)
2 eggs
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. cloves
1/2 tsp. salt
3 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 c. chopped walnuts
2 c. beer

Preparation

Cream well the sugar and shortening.
Add all other ingredients to the creamed mixture.
Add beer and finish mixing. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Grease and flour pan.
