Butterscotch Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. brown sugar or less
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    3 1/2 c. milk
    3 eggs
    pinch of salt
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
Preparation
    Melt sugar and margarine in skillet and caramelize, stirring constantly.
    Add 2 1/2 cups milk and stir until mixture dissolves. Separate eggs and mix yolks, cornstarch and remaining milk together in bowl.
    Remove from stove and cool.
    Pour into baked pie shell and top with meringue.
