Cucumber Sandwiches - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. plain nonfat yogurt
    2 tsp. dry Italian salad dressing mix
    1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    30 party rye bread slices
    30 thin cucumber slices
    30 fresh dill sprigs
Preparation
    Drain yogurt in colander in refrigerator overnight.
    Combine with salad dressing mix and mayonnaise in small bowl; mix well. Let stand 30 minutes.
    Spread on bread slices.
    Top each with cucumber slice and dill sprig.
    Chill, covered, until serving time.
