Chow Mein - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    3 Tbsp. oil
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. onion, diced
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. Chinese noodles
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 c. celery, diced
    1 can bean sprouts, drained
    2 Tbsp. milk
Preparation
    Brown meat in oil. Add salt, pepper and soy sauce.
    Push meat to one side in pan. Add onion and celery. Cook over low heat until soft.
    Stir in bean sprouts, soup and milk.
    Mix thoroughly.
    Pour into greased 1 1/2-quart casserole and top with noodles.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 50 minutes.
