One Cup Cobbler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. blackberries, peaches, etc.
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. self-rising flour
    1 c. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 stick butter
Preparation
    Mix sugar, flour, milk and vanilla until it is a pancake batter consistency.
    Melt butter in glass baking dish.
    Pour fruit over melted butter.
    Pour batter over fruit.
    Do not stir.
    Bake in a 375\u00b0 to 400\u00b0 oven until golden brown.
    Inserted toothpick should come out clean.
    Serve hot with ice cream or Cool Whip.
