Lemon Cream Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 egg yolks
    1 1/3 c. sugar
    1/4 c. flour
    1 1/2 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. lemon rind
    1/2 c. lemon juice
Preparation
    Beat egg yolks in saucepan.
    Combine sugar and flour; add to eggs.
    Gradually add milk.
    Mix until smooth.
    Add lemon rind and slowly add lemon juice, mixing well.
    Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until filling is smooth and thick.
    Remove from heat and cool slightly.
    Pour into baked 9-inch pie shell.
