Creamy Italian Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) carton plain low-fat yogurt
    1 pkg. Italian dressing mix
    1 (12 oz.) carton low-fat cottage cheese
Preparation
    Blend all ingredients together in blender on high speed until smooth and creamy.
    Chill before serving.
    Yields 2 1/2 cups. Contains 8 1/2 calories per serving.
