Mango Nut Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
2 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 c. butter or margarine, softened
3 tsp. lemon juice
1 c. mango, diced
1/2 c. walnuts, coarsely chopped
1/4 c. raisins
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Mix together sugar, flour, baking soda, salt and nutmeg.
Add eggs, butter, mango and lemon juice.\tMix well.
Stir in walnuts and raisins.
Pour into buttered loaf pan. Cook 60 to 75 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
Cool on a rack.
Best cut the next day.
