English Toffee - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. butter
1 c. sugar
2 tsp. Karo syrup
2 tsp. water
chocolate chips
Preparation
-
Boil the first 4 ingredients until amber colored, stirring continually.
Pour onto cookie sheet; sprinkle with chocolate chips.
When melted, spread evenly.
Let cool, then crack and serve.
