Cajun Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (15 oz.) can white hominy, drained and rinsed
    1 (17 oz.) no salt whole kernel corn, drained
    1 (16 oz.) can Italian style stewed tomatoes
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    1/4 tsp. Tabasco sauce
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients in a large saucepan. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    Yields 4 servings.
    Has 150 calories, fat free. Try the hominy, you'll be surprised.
