Imitation Crab Bake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. margarine or butter
42 low-salt saltine crackers
1 (8 oz.) pkg. imitation crab, thawed and cut into bite-sized pieces
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
Preparation

Melt margarine.
Add 1/2 of cracker mixture (crackers broken into quarters and mixed with margarine) in a one-quart baking dish. Place 1/2 of the crab on top of the crackers.
Add remaining crackers and crab in the same manner.
Top with paprika and lemon juice.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
Serves 2.
