Parmesan Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 to 10 new potatoes
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    1/4 c. margarine
Preparation
    Melt margarine in 9 x 13 pan. Sprinkle with cheese. Cut potatoes in half lengthwise. Place potatoes, cut side down, on cheese mixture. Bake at 425\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
