Au Gratin Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. hot milk
    1/2 medium onion
    3/4 c. Swiss cheese, cubed
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    4 medium potatoes, peeled and sliced thinly
Preparation
    Put milk, onion, cheese, flour and margarine in blender. Cover and process or grind until smooth.
    Layer half of potatoes in 2-quart casserole dish.
    Pour half of milk mixture over potatoes.
    Add remaining potatoes.
    Pour remaining milk mixture over top.
    Bake, uncovered, at 325\u00b0 for about 1 1/2 hours.
    Serves 4 to 6.
