Philly Free 3-Step Pumpkin Cheese Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 (8 oz. pkg.) Philadelphia fat free cream cheese (softened)
3/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. canned pumpkin
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
dash ground cloves
dash ground nutmeg
3 eggs
1/3 c. graham cracker crumbs
Preparation

Mix cream cheese and sugar with electric mixer on medium. speed until well blended.
Blend in pumpkin, vanilla, cinnamon, cloves and nutmeg.
Add eggs, mix just until blended.
Do not over beat after adding eggs.
Spray 9 inch pie plate with cooking spray, sprinkle bottom with crumbs.
Pour cream cheese mixture into prepared pie plate.
