Sweet Potato Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. cooked, mashed sweet potatoes
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    1 c. sugar
    1 egg
    1/4 c. orange juice
    1/4 . milk
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. butter, melted
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    miniature marshmallows
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients except marshmallows in mixing bowl. Pour into greased 2-quart casserole.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes; remove from oven and top with miniature marshmallows. Return to oven for 10 to 15 minutes until marshmallows are golden brown.
