Orange Glazed Chicken(Diabetic Recipe) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/2 lb. chicken, broiler-fryer, cut up
    1 envelope onion soup mix
    6 oz. orange juice concentrate, thawed
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Combine soup mix and orange concentrate.
    Place chicken in shallow pan and brush with half soup/orange mixture.
    Bake 1 hour, basting frequently or until chicken is tender.
