Sloppy Joe Turnovers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 c. catsup
1/4 c. sour cream
1 (10 oz.) can refrigerated flaky biscuits
Preparation

In a large skillet, brown ground beef and onion; drain.
Add salt, garlic powder, catsup and sour cream; mix well.
Separate dough into 20 biscuits.
On ungreased cookie sheet, press or roll each biscuit to a 4 x 4-inch square.
Place approximately 1/4 cup meat mixture on center of each square.
Fold over corner of square to form a triangle; seal edges with fork.
Cut 3 (1/2-inch) slits on top.
Bake until golden brown at 375\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes. Brush with melted butter, if desired.
