Cabbage Au Gratin - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 medium head cabbage, chopped
1 can celery soup
1/4 c. milk
1 c. grated cheese
2 slices toasted bread, buttered
Preparation

Cook cabbage in boiling salt water for 10 minutes.
Drain. Put in baking dish.
Blend soup, cheese and milk.
Heat until cheese melts.
Pour over cabbage.
Top with bread cubes.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes, or until heated.
