Stuffed Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large minced onion
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 1/2 lb. chopped meat (extra lean)
    3 Tbsp. parsley
    1 long loaf French bread
    1 large carrot, grated
    2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
    1 grated onion
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Cook minced onion in oil until yellowed.
    Add meat; cook until browned.
    Add parsley, carrot and seasonings; cook 5 minutes.
    Cut bread into 3 equal parts.
    Pull out soft center of loaf; mix with meat.
    Add grated onion and water.
    Mix all together very well. Stuff into bread; pack in very tightly.
    Put loaf into foil; bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
