Chicken Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked chicken, cubed
    1 c. cream of chicken soup
    3/4 c. mayonnaise
    1 c. diced celery
    1 medium onion, grated
    1 c. rice (uncooked)
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. crushed cornflakes
    3/4 stick butter or margarine
    1/2 c. almonds (optional)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients, except cornflakes, butter and almonds in a greased casserole.
    Top with those and bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
