Apple Nut Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1 egg
3/4 c. Wesson oil
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. plain flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. soda
1 1/2 c. chopped apples
1/2 c. chopped pecans

Preparation

Mix sugar, egg, oil and vanilla.
Sift flour, salt and soda and add to mixture.
Add apples and pecans.
Bake in 9 x 13-inch greased and floured pan at 350\u00b0 until toothpick placed in center comes out clean.
Serve warm.
