Hominy Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    dash of ground red pepper
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1 c. shredded cheese
    1 small can sliced mushrooms
    1 large can hominy
    1/2 c. dry buttered crumbs
Preparation
    Melt butter; saute onion and green pepper.
    Add flour, salt, mustard and red pepper.
    Stir in milk.
    Cook until boiling and thickened.
    Add cheese and stir until melted.
    Drain mushrooms and hominy and stir until well mixed.
    Pour into casserole dish.
    Top with crumbs.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
