Sweet Potato Praline Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 c. mashed, cooked sweet potatoes
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. firmly packed light brown sugar
    1/2 c. dark corn syrup
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. chopped pecans
    1 (9-inch) unbaked pie crust
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine the eggs, sweet potatoes, sugar, brown sugar, corn syrup, vanilla, nutmeg and salt.
    Mix well. Stir in pecans.
    Pour into pie crust and bake for about 40 minutes or until set.
