Lemon Sherbet Mold - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 small pkg. lemon Jell-O
    1 (8 1/4 oz.) can crushed pineapple
    1 pt. lemon sherbet
    1 1/2 c. creamed cottage cheese
    2 c. boiling water
Preparation
    Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water.
    Add sherbet, one tablespoon at a time, so it melts as it is added.
    Add the pineapple and juice. Chill until slightly set. Fold in the cottage cheese and pour mixture into a mold. Let set.
