Hot Crab Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 large container cottage cheese
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 (16 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice
4 Tbsp. minced onion
2 Tbsp. minced garlic
2 tsp. seafood seasoning
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. ground black pepper
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
3 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
16 oz. crabmeat
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1 Tbsp. horseradish sauce
Preparation

Cream together cottage cheese, mayonnaise and cream cheese. Mix all ingredients together except Parmesan cheese.
Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.
Cook at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes in 9 x 9 square pan or large round chafing dish.
Serve hot with assorted crackers or bagel chips.
