Laredo Supper - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
    1 c. fresh tomato, chopped
    2 tsp. chili powder
    1/2 c. onion, chopped
    1 (16 oz.) can kidney beans, drained
    1 (8 oz.) jar Cheez Whiz (with jalapeno pepper, if desired)
Preparation
    Brown meat; drain. Add onion and pepper. Cook until tender. Stir in remaining ingredients. Simmer 15 minutes. Serve warm with corn chips, if desired.
