Summer Garden Fish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. flounder
    1 green pepper
    1 large ripe tomato
    1 small onion
    1 celery stalk
    6 mushrooms (optional)
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 pinch of each: parsley, oregano, salt and pepper
Preparation
    Wash, then pat dry flounder.
    Melt butter over flounder.
    Mix together diced tomato, celery, onion, green pepper and mushrooms. Place fish on double layered aluminum foil and pour vegetables over fish.
    Add spices and cover with aluminum foil.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 minutes or grill on a barbecue until fish is done.
