Healthy Champagne Delight - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 oz. pink champagne
2 tsp. lemon juice
4 c. your favorite fresh fruit (good ones include strawberries, peaches and blueberries)
1/2 Tbsp. sugar substitute
Preparation

Combine pieces of fruit in a bowl and sprinkle with lemon juice to prevent darkening.
Sparsely sprinkle the sugar over the fruit and stir.
Chill.
When ready to serve, divide fruit in 4 sherbet glasses.
Pour chilled pink champagne over fruit.
