Clam Fritters - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (7.5 oz.) cans minced clams (save juice)
    4 c. sifted flour
    3 tsp. baking powder
    4 tsp. salt
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 c. milk
    1/2 c. saved clam juice
    pepper to taste
Preparation
    Sift flour, baking powder, salt and pepper.
    Combine beaten eggs, clams and milk mixture (milk and clam juice).
    Add to flour mixture to make thick batter.
    Deep fry at 360\u00b0 until golden brown.
    Serves a gang.
