Shoe Peg Corn Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    1/2 c. sharp cheese, shredded
    1 (16 oz.) can Shoe Peg corn
    1 (16 oz.) can French-style green beans, drained
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of celery soup
    1 c. sour cream
    1 stack Ritz crackers, crumbled and buttered
Preparation
    Mix together first 8 ingredients.
    Add salt and pepper. Place in 9 x
    13-inch
    dish.
    Melt oleo and mix with crackers. Spread on top
    of
    vegetable\tmixture.

    350\u00b0
    for 45 minutes. Yields:
    8 to 10 servings.
