Chocolate Fudge - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. sugar
1/2 c. white syrup
1 T. unflavored gelatine, or one packet
1/2 c. cocoa
1 c. milk
1 1/2 c. butter or margarine
2 t. vanilla
1 c. nuts
Preparation

Mix all ingredients except vanilla and nuts.
Cook very slowly, stirring frequently, it sticks easily, until it forms a soft ball in cold water.
Cool 15 minutes.
Beat and add vanilla and nuts.
Pour into 8x8 or 9x9 lightly buttered pan.
