Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. pumpkin
    1 (12 oz.) carton Cool Whip (light)
    1 box sugar-free instant pudding mix
    1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
    1 graham cracker crust
Preparation
    In a large bowl, put pumpkin, 1/2 of Cool Whip, pudding mix and spice.
    Beat on low speed until blended.
    Pour into crust. Top with remainder of Cool Whip and chill.
    Makes 6 servings. Equals 3/4 vegetable, 3/4 bread and 92 optional.
