30 Minute Apple Butter - cooking recipe

Ingredients

12 c. applesauce
9 c. sugar
1 c. cider vinegar
1 c. red hot candy

Preparation

Mix applesauce, sugar and vinegar.
Boil hard for 20 minutes; stir constantly.
Add candy and boil 10 more minutes.
Stir often. Pour in jars and seal.
Process in boiling water for 15 minutes. Makes 5 pints.
